Israel Summer League 2025
🏀 About the Israeli Summer League🏀
The Israeli Summer League is a new initiative led by the Maccabi Tel Aviv club, designed to create a competitive, professional, and invested framework for adult basketball players during the summer break.
The goal is to give young players a platform to develop professionally, prove themselves, and be exposed to local coaches and American college coaches.
A high-level semi-professional league – fair competition, an incentive for excellence, and an opportunity for exposure.
Professional production of each game – qualified referees, medical staff, a coach for each team and a quality facility in Shoham.
Digital player profile – each participant has a personal page on the website that includes point statistics and game documentation.
Media exposure and live broadcasts – live draft, content publishing on networks and in traditional media.
Organized online registration – screening by a committee and a professional draft by the team coaches.
🎯 What we offer
Registration closes - July 6
Draft - the week before the start of the league
Dates - July 13 - 31, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The schedule includes time for warm-up, full games, and advanced stages.
Location - Shoham Basketball Hall

8 teams, 60–80 players
Referees, secretaries and medical staff in every game
A qualified coach for each team - will select his team in the draft
Full FIBA rules – 40-minute games, with regular breaks
Professional and disciplinary standards, to maintain a high level of professionalism and appropriate behavior
